id say you've got fleas there.because its a kitten you cant actually use frontline on them.although, if your kitten is over 12 weeks you can use flea powder..try bob martins flea powder for both cats and dogs.there is also a wide range of flea shampoos out there for kittens.but if all else fails get a flea comb and comb the cat for a few days untill your sure its all gone. but most importantly, flea spray all your carpets and whereever your cat sleeps.you can buy flea spray for your house in any petshop or supermarket

Those are fleas. You might want to take them in to be groomed and while you're at it wash your carpet too, because fleas and tics maybe mites can get every where in your home in every piece of furniture.
Fleas, mites, or ticks are the most common. for reference pictures trying googling one of the bugs.
