Steve "Crocodile Hunter" Irwin?

I was so saddened to hear of his death, I loved his show and his enthusiasm for animals and life. Does anyone feel the same way?

Rest In Peace Steve -- Crickey

yes i feel so shocked by the news i could not believe it i used to watch his shows in amazement he was a very very clever man and did so much to educate others he deserves alot of respect and i know i will miss him he was such a amazing bloke and knew so much he died way to soon i thought he was invincible rip Steve xxxxxx
that guy was an insult to real animal conservationalists.
gonna miss watching his shows
He was good, but we all have our day
yes he will be missed very much and i am sure you have seen the sick preson on here posing as him that is so sad that people could be so heartless
sad to see him go but in all honesty, the stuff that he did and the animals he handled, it was bound to happen sooner or later.
oh goodness! he is DEAD!! I just thought that he was severly injured!

O ma god! ok, i'm calm now. but it;s sad, because he has a baby and a wife
yea. it's such a tragedy.
It is a great loss to the animal conservation movement. He advocated protecting and understanding of animals which most people have an aversion to and made us all feel that those animals were worthy of our consideration and their place in our world.

It is tragic for his wife and two young children.
yes i do and i fell for his family to .
words can't express how deeply saddend I am to hear of his death. he has done so much. he died doing what he loved, he wouldn't have had it any other way. Though it was ironic that a pretty harmless sting ray was what got him. he has handled so many animals much more harmful. and he didn't even handle this sting ray.
Yes. It was almsot odd to hear what killed him. How freakish? When it's your time to go.
I think it is sad but on the other hand he died doing what he loved, swimming with the fish and being with nature. I pray for his family and hope that one day we may be able to see the show he was filming.
I can go either way. On one hand, little kids see Steve feeding crocks etc and want to do it without knowing the risks, but on the other he has made people more aware of animals, their needs, their environments, and the disappearance of habitat.
I think it's sad. I really enjoyed his shows. I feel bad for his family.
