SPCA people?

all spca members post a comment that ur an spac member about animals
Answers:
Yes, it is illegal. Punishable with fines and/or imprisonment.

Your cat does not deserve this sort of treatment. A cat who has been housed and fed by humans cannot survive in the "wild". It does not know how to hunt for food, it can find no protection from the elements (especially with winter coming), it can be attacked and injured by dogs and suffer without any medical treatment.

It is far better to take your cat to a humane society or animal control. Euthanasia is a far better death than what you are contemplating subjecting it to. They, at least, are more humane than you are.
it might be illegual, whatever that is..
What are you trying to say?
I am not an SPCA worker, but that is cruel! How hard is it to take your cat to a shelter?
i have no idea. whatch animal planet on spca houston or something.
I'm not sure what the question is here
don't do it,..a cat has feelings too c'mon don't be hartless,..just take it to a shelter and leave it there.
first and foremost it is illegal to just drop off your cat any where other then a shelter or friend. Give someone else a chance to love your cat and take care of it.
don't buy a pet if you're not willing to make the commitment
If you will research SPCA then you will find out that YES this is considered abuse. So DON'T DO THIS. . give your cat to a freind or a shelter
In Australia that is definitely illegal and people are prosecuted all the time.
Yes it's illegal. Find him a home.
Take your cat to a shelter (a no-kill one if you can). It will have a far better chance of surviving and finding a home than if you dump it in the country, where it will probably become feral at best and killed by another animal at worst.
Abandoning an animal like that is illegal in most places.
Hi there.since you are unable to find anyone to take the kitten consider placing it in a secure crate and leaving it anonymously at the door of any local animal shelter just 1/2 hour before they open. The shelter will not refuse an animal left there waiting for them. It's truly safer to do this rather than turning it loose in unfamiliar territory. The reason is that all cats are domesticated and rely soley on humans to feed them so living in the wild is very difficult and will lead to it's definite demise.

If you are located in the US/Canada consider posting a free ad for your kitty http://www.craigslist.org . Locate your state then city and then look for the section Community and subsection Pets.post your ad there (it's free to post) and someone will respond quickly and come to adopt the cat.
