the furry part above my cat's eye looks rough, dry and today it started bleeding. does anyone know what it is?

May have a skin allergy to something perhaps - I would take to vet just in case. I did see several other questions about this and people give their cats Benadryl - seriously - for this. You just have to give him or her the correct dosage.
You might want to check the cat for fleas.

See the vet. Maybe the vet can give you something to give it so that it'll not be that dry anymore.
I'm not really sure what it could be but you might try putting Vasaline on it a few times a day to see if it helps. It could just be dry skin or maybe a battle wound. Hope it helps a bit.
Its probaly flees they can get anywhere and bite and also if it is flees you may what to get your house flee bomed they can bite humons
