thanks to all the answers to my questions but here is one more?

when she does go into labour how will we know what kinda sounds will she be making and would it be ok to watch her she is a very loving cat so i dont think she will mind
Answers:
She'll pant. She will become very restless trying to get comfortable. She may even mew a little with the contractions. She will breathe heavy and may growl a litle when pushing. you will notice her concentrating quite a bit on what is going on. Another sign she will lick herself alot to make sure she is clean and to help lube things. She will most likely let you watch. She may even be ok with letting you help. I would let her to alot of the work but be there if she should have some difficulties. When she starts getting really tired she may even use your help getting the sacks off and getting them to nurse. As far as touching if she is willing to let you there will be no problem. If she does start to act concerned just back off a little. She will let you know if she needs you or she doesn't want you there. Mother cats have a way of getting their point across and you will know either way.

Another sign it is close She will also either quit eating or she will gorge herself and then stop.
SHE'LL PROBABLY PANT A LITTLE. IF SHE'S COMFORTABLE WITH YOU WATCHING SHE'LL TELL YOU. IF YOU'RE WATCHING AND SHE STARTS TRYING TO FIND SOMEPLACE ELSE TO GO, LEAVE HER ALONE. BUT, DO NOT TOUCH THEM. AT ALL. AND GET HER SPAYED BEFORE YOU LET HER OUT AGAIN.
When she first goes into labour she will be panting quite heavily. She will probably meow quite loud when the first kitten comes out but will be silent with the rest. Most cats like to find their own place to deliver not one you have chosen. I`m sure she won`t mind you watching.
mostly its what she'll be doing -which is: looking for a quite, kindda dark place, maybe the drawer in a dresser or a closet..mine pulled out the shirts, everyday in a drawer for about a week be4 going into labor-watch for repeated actions to a particular place-once she finds that spot she won't leave much-once in labor ( she will sometimes toss %26 turn-moving the babies down for birth-in active labor-she'll push-looking like a making a poop-you'll see her belly contracting) jus stand by and let her do her thing-( you can rub her belly %26 giving praise) dont touch babies yet-just watch -its a time consuming process %26 she'll be working deligently to get her family breathing and clean-its so amazing to see-keep voices at a minimum when around her-for your own diary..log the times of birhts and colors- keepa a lil scrapbk, lol.

Good luck %26 Congrats
She may start panting or meowing, may be very distracted and seem kind of panicky - we've had different cats have very different reactions. Hopefully you have a nice box, lined with towels and then put something soft and disposable on top - like part of an old sheet or old towel - cause you are going to have a heck of a mess. If you see that she may be starting, try to put her in the box. She may, however, want to hide somewhere. We had kittens born under a bed once and didn't know until the mom came out to eat.
It's okay to watch them being born - very fascinating, and you can talk to the mom. Once she starts, don't touch her or the kittens! Hopefully everything will go fine with the births. She may change her personality, because now she will be very protective of her babies. Good luck with everything! Kittens are so exciting!
