The only thing you can do is take it to a shelter for treatment , or pay yourself and get it to a vet. Chances are it is a break, or an abcess. Both need treatment!.

Whatever you do, do not just let it suffer while you search for home remedies!
take it to a vet, expecially if its a stray. a stray kitten can have problems with the heart or any other diseases, so you need to take it to the vet to get it checked out and vaccinated. and at the hospital, the vet will probably check out the leg for any broken bones or teared muscles. if not, then the kitten will just be on antibiotics along with its daily meal
Kitty DEFINITELY needs treatment. Do what ever is in your power to help it. If you have the money, take him to the vet. If not, take him to a local shelter.
It needs treatment. Take to a vet or shelter. (Cheapiest way is a shelter and if you want it you can adopted from them when its all better) For right now till you get it someone where make sure to make a small comfy bed for it and she isnt walking to much. Also make sure its eating and drinking. Also if it will let you wrap it and make sure there no cuts if there is cover them for it wont get inffective or more inffective.
You need to take this kitten to a vet for if its not putting any weight on the swollen leg may have a break or a infection from a injury and either one are serious esp were it to be a infection for if untreated can invade the bloodstream. There are 24 Hour Clinics available for if you take to a vet be sure the vet has equipment to X-ray the leg if that is necessary(if no fracture may not) Is the kitty eating, drinking? If yes then may be a minor thing for if infection cat will also fel hot.Is the nose moist(healthy cats have moist noses) or dry-dry nose tells of illness. But please take to a vet for only vet qualified to find whats wrong.Try very gingerly putting some diluted vinegar on the leg for if infection will draw toxic stuf out-if it'll cause a lot of pain put some in your hand and gently shake on the leg-careful not to get in the eyes.Good luck with your kitty You can also call a 24hr clinic and ask what it could be and what you should do. If you have a vet-call
The leg might be fractured or broken. Take the kitten to a vet immediatley.
